How to Book Online with Dive Adventures Asia
Step 1. Contact Us...
Send us an e-mail to verify that there is space available for the trip or course you are requesting. Giving us a second choice can also be helpful. (don't forget the trip code)

Step 2. Reserve Space and Send Us Payment...
Once we have confirmed space is available for one of our trips or courses we will send you an e-mail with detailed information and your confirmation code. When you are ready to book your dive holiday please fill out our Online Booking Form (don't forget the Trip Code and Confirmation Code) and send it to us. Once we receive your booking information we will send you an invoice via e-mail. The invoice will give you access to your chosen payment option.
Please reply to us to confirm your acceptance and inform us of your payment. Once payment has been received you will receive complete reservation details. During our busy periods we cannot hold space for more than a few days, so please remit payment upon receipt to maintain your reservation.
To complete the reservation process we need your complete booking details and payment. Prior to payment please use our Online Booking Form to send us your personal details, dive certification details, and equipment needs.

Our Current Methods of Accepting Payment Are:
A. Secure Online Credit Card Payment
To make your secure online payment click on the link in the e-mail (invoice) that we send you and follow the simple instructions on the web site. Please have your full credit card details and billing address handy, together with your telephone number and e-mail address. You can pay by Visa, or Master Card credit cards. Our bank, Kasikorn Bank of Thailand, does not accept payment by debit card.
B. Payment by Wire Transfer
With our bank information, simply go to your bank and authorize the payment directly from your account to our account and then e-mail us a copy of your online payment form and the money transfer slip.

The worlds most loved way to pay and get paid. For members of Paypal only.
Step 3. Understand Our Policy....
Our booking policy is as follows: a minimum deposit of 30% is required to reserve space, due upon receipt of your invoice and reservation code. Full payment is then due 60 days prior to departure (some of our boats require full payment 60 days before departure). For full boat charters, full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If payment is not received in this time period we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to resell the spaces.
If you decide to cancel your reservation 60 days or more before your package commencement date then we will return your payment less the deposit and any bank charges incurred by us.
If you cancel your reservation any less than 60 days before your package commencement date then we retain the right to keep any payments in compensation for potential lost bookings.
Step 4. Don't Forget...
A. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about your trip to Southeast Asia.
B. Liveaboard trips always include meals, accommodation, dive master services, most drinks (hardly ever alcohol), transportation to and from your hotel, tanks, weights and belts. Personal diving equipment (BCD, REG, Wetsuit, etc.) is rarely included in the price.
Equipment Rental
- BCD: $7.00 U.S. per day
- Regulator: $7.00 U.S. per day
- 3mm Shorty Wetsuit: $4.00 per day
- Mask and Snorkel: $7.00 U.S. per day
- Fins: $7.00 U.S. per day
- Dive computer: from $15.00 per day
- Complete Set of Diving Equipment (excluding a dive computer): Depending on destinaion $20.00 U.S. to $40.00 U.S. per day
C. Most Liveaboards include towels, soaps and shampoos but this is not always the case.
D. Prices do not include personal diving equipment or national park fees. These are paid for on the boat.
